Here we are day 2… we fighting the hangover and drinking rum…
The tiki tasting was tight and there were a lot of great rums here’s some drunken highlights:
El Dorado 12 was super smooth
Plantation’s Pineapple had a pineapple infused rum. It smells fucking incredible
Malahat had a mixed drink consisting of white rum, spiced rum, pineapple, grapefruit, mango Papaya, it was super tasty and I want 100 of them.
But the show stealer was “Chairman’s Reserve”. Holy shit that shit was golden. I have literally never tasted a spiced rum that was so good. The orange spice they use is so fucking good. Typically your spiced rums are over-powered with vanilla and cinnamon but this shit breaks the mold. ? try this immediately. I could kill a bottle of this easily on an afternoon. Can’t wait to go to their room party tomorrow.
Off to the room party’s and the Miss/Mister Tiki Oasis crowning. Big congrats to Phoenix A Blaze on becoming the queen… Jelly.
After that we played some free PacMan (pissed there’s no Galaga because I would have destroyed that machine). That said my fanny pack is full of booze and hopes for tomorrow…
